About Sony Vegas, the review says: inability to preview within the Pan/Crop window. First, in the Pan/Crop Window one can drag the slider along the timeline and see very precisely what happens. Second, if this is not enough for you, and you're really addicted to a preview window in the Pan/Crop window, just pick it up, drag, drop, and there it is: a preview window in the Pan/Crop window. Premiere Pro does in fact allow you to zoom the image by dragging a corner of the outline. This outline turns on when you click on the image in the Sequence Monitor. The outline also allows you to have a complete image view. Unfortunately, the article claims Premiere has neither of these capabilities.
